Patient came to our dental clinic with a complaint of crowding in her upper and lower front teeth. She wanted to get it correct by Braces (orthodontic) treatment. In order to correct her smile, we had to extract one incisor tooth in lower arch as it was periodontally compromised and showed poor prognosis. It took around 10 months for alignment and to achieve perfect occlusion.
